Ali graduated valedictorian from Von Lee International School of Aesthetics. She has worked in a waxing salon and high-end day spa and has found she loves to be somewhere in between. She has completed an extensive mentorship in brow design and countless continuing education.

Ali has concentrated on eyebrow design and grown her talent over the last 13 years. She looks at your brow bone, brow shape, and the potential you have to grow and explains exactly what you can achieve and how to get a beautiful, natural brow. You will always have a plan of action and the best brows for your face. Every person has their own brows and we can enhance that natural shape and show you the best brows you can have!

She has been certified as an acne specialist by Face Reality, an acne treatment clinic. Ali has completed continuing education training including Treatment of hyperpigmentation, advanced exfoliation, acne triggers and treatments, Innovative Ingredient Technology, and many more product-specific training to be able to give you the best care for your needs.

Ali is certified through HydraFacial, Procell, DermaplanePro, Circadia and Rezenerate to be able to offer advanced services. Shelby is a passionate and dedicated skin specialist with a commitment to helping individuals achieve radiant, healthy skin. She Graduated from Esthetic Institute in Tysons Corner, Virginia in June of 2023, where she honed her skills and cultivated a deep understanding of skincare principles, treatment techniques, and product knowledge. Shelby takes pride in staying up to date with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products to ensure her clients receive the highest quality care possible.

In addition to her formal education, Shelby is certified in HydraFacial, Procell and Dermaplaning, furthering her expertise in skincare treatments. She has taken extensive courses through Circadia to provide you with the most up to date products and treatments. Shelby’s approach is personalized and client-centric, tailoring each treatment to individual skin needs, and prioritizing the health and satisfaction of her clients above all else.

Suzanne is a second-career massage therapist who brings a wealth of life experience and compassion to her practice. Before pursuing massage therapy, she spent 34 years as a Program Manager at the U.S. Census Bureau, contributing to four national censuses. She holds a B.S. in Statistics from Virginia Tech and recently earned her Associate of Applied Science in Massage Therapy from AACC, where she developed a deep understanding and appreciation of the musculoskeletal system.

A proud mother of five adult children and grandmother to five young grandchildren, Suzanne is also an avid cook, jogger, boater, and nature lover. She has always been drawn to work that directly helps others and believes strongly in the power of touch to comfort, improve movement, and support healing. Suzanne looks forward to using her skills to help clients feel their best while continuing to nurture her own well-being.

Stacy is a Certified Reiki Practitioner specializing in Chakra Cleansing at Charlie Rae Skincare in Deale, Maryland. Her Reiki journey began during a challenging period in her life while going through a divorce. At the time, she often felt anxious, overwhelmed, and struggled to balance work and family. Incorporating Reiki into her routine became a turning point, bringing her inner peace, balance, and a renewed perspective on what truly matters.

In addition to her Reiki practice, Stacy holds a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources and is a proud mom of three amazing children. She is also a Master Gardener, Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer, and recently authored the book How to Make Your Own Dreams Come True. In her free time, she loves dancing and spending time with friends.

Jaime is a licensed esthetician based in Deale, MD, and a 2021 graduate of the Chesapeake School of Esthetics. Her passion for skincare began while she was working as a full-time nanny; the children’s mother was the director of a medi spa and often invited Jaime to try new services and products. That hands-on experience sparked her love for esthetics and inspired her to pursue it as a career once the kids were school-aged.

Jaime enjoys waxing (and admits to having watched plenty of late-night waxing videos like the rest of us!). She loves how wax appointments create a relaxed, social space to catch up with clients and friends. She also specializes in corrective facials, drawing from her own experience with acne and post-inflammatory scarring to help others achieve clearer, healthier skin.

Outside of work, Jaime has a dog named Luna, is an Aquarius, enjoys making rainbow suncatchers, and is excited to be getting married in October 2025. She has loved her time at Charlie Rae Skincare, where the team’s talent, dedication, and warm, welcoming energy make each day rewarding. Jaime believes an often-overlooked part of esthetics is the mental rejuvenation it brings — the way a facial can become a meditative experience that leaves you both calm and energized.

She looks forward to continuing to grow her skills, connect with her community, and build lasting relationships with her clients.
